As the director for SunRise Kids Kallangur, Emma oversees the implementation and management of the Centre with a focus of ensuring our mission of high quality care and education is provided to our families and children.

Emma began her professional journey in 2005 in childcare with a certificate qualification, and subsequently completed her diploma. Emma has worked her way from Educator through to Director and loves to continue to develop herself professionally so that she may continue to share, nurture and inspire her team.

Emma loves furthering her understanding of the National Quality Framework which governs the Childcare Industry to ensure best practice is embedded into her service. Emma believes in working with the Code of Ethics to ensure the highest standard of professional practice is displayed whilst working with children, families, and communities. Emma enjoys her position and the achievement that comes with it.

When not working, Emma enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, going to the beach, eating out and getting into her garden.
