Meet our Centre Director
Jessee Carter
Centre Director
As the director for SunRise Kids Acacia Ridge, Jessee is the first smiling face you will see at the Centre. She is there meeting and greeting all of our families, children and educators. Jessee loves to build relationships with our families and values spending time to understand the needs each of our families have.
In her previous role with SunRise Kids Mt Gravatt, Jessee was inspired to build connections within the greater community and worked closely with KU Children Services, Upper Mount Gravatt State School and Mount Gravatt Child Safety.
Jessee has been working in the industry since 2009. She joined SunRise Kids in 2013 and has since gained her Certificate III in Children’s Services, and Diploma of Children’s Services.
She is inspired to support our team of Educators to work collaboratively with our families, each-other and our Children; ensuring that nurturing yet supportive partnerships and environments are created and developed.
When Jessee is not at SunRise Kids, she enjoys spending time at home with her family, friends and her two fur children. Jessee also enjoys creating new arts/crafts with her cricut and playing netball.
